What turns heads more than fire engine red lips?! Add that with intensely scupted, silver/ black lids for drama, and you’re sure to have peoples heads spinning, and tongues wagging!

You know what I say, “There ARE no rules to makeup!”, that’s why even though this Diva’s wearing bold lips AND bold lids, it somehow doesn’t look too overpowering. The reason why is because I opted to play down the rest of the face using minimum color on the cheeks and face as far as blush, highlighting and contouring. Rather, I created a flawlass face using my FAV liquid foundation, Revlon ColorStay, created depth with some lighter shades using concealer, and dusted on some translucent powder and the tiniest amount of mineral pressed powder (LA Colors brand, review coming soon).

I get SOOOO  many questions here lately regarding my foundation application. I’ll be honest Divas, it’s ever changing; from cream foundations, foundation sticks to liquid or even mousse foundation, I constantly modify my application techniques, constantly perfecting it little by little.

I’m not one of those chicks that typically use specific tools to apply my foundation, i.e., a foundation brush ONLY to apply my foundation. In my search to achieve the most flawless coverage, I found a neat trick using a totally different brush meant for a different purpose altogether!
